Leigh has been with Signature for over 6 years. She serves as the office manager and main administrator. She takes care of all memberships and billing.
Along with her office manager duties, she also assists with many routine refills from patients, helps to line up referrals, as well as scheduling appointments.
She is always ready to help patients with any questions or concerns they may have.
She is originally from the Fort Lauderdale area, and has lived in the Lowcountry with her husband for over 6 years.
She has a wonderful demeanor, a great sense of humor, and patients adore and appreciate her greatly.
Lisa Broderick, RN,BSN, is the clinic nurse for Signature Health & Wellness/Frost Family Medicine. She graduated from the Medical University of SC, College of Nursing in 1997 and has practiced in various specialties throughout her career, including neonatal and adult ICUs, Infection Prevention, surgical services, outpatient pulmonary medicine, and case management. She worked at MUSC for several years before she and her husband moved to Idaho, where they spent the last 17 years exploring the great outdoors. They recently returned to the Low Country life in Bluffton to be closer to family and their new granddaughter. Lisa enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her husband. They can usually be found on the golf course, fly fishing, boating, or playing pickleball on their days off.
